Shipping 

Orders will ship within 5-10 business days of purchase via Standard Carrier. Please allow additional time for shipping and delivery. You will receive a tracking number for personal reference once your order is on its way! If there are any delays to the shipment of your order you will be notified via email.

While our rugs have been cleaned in Morocco prior to shipping to the US, we are happy to arrange for professional cleaning at an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in this service, and note that this may add up to 10 business days to your order shipment timeline.

We are currently able to offer free shipping within the US. If you are interested in any item(s) and live outside of the US, reach out for a shipping quote and we can work with you directly.

Returns

We want you to love your Indigo & Saffron pieces as they find a new home in your space! However, if you find that your purchase isn’t the perfect fit we are happy to accept returns if initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less a $10 restocking fee. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
